Privacy notice

Your information matters.

This notice explains how Kwanele Madoda handles information submitted through this website.

What we collect and why

When you take the pledge, join, volunteer, make a partnership enquiry or contact us, we collect the details you submit through that form. We use them to record and respond to your request, coordinate movement activities and, where you opt in, send updates.

We ask for information relevant to each form. We do not publish personal pledge details.

Storage and access

Information is stored in systems used by the movement and accessed only by authorised people who need it to do their work. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and do not sell personal information. Service providers may process information on our behalf where needed to operate the site and communicate with you.

Retention and your choices

We retain information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected or while the law requires. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw optional communications consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

For privacy requests, email enquiries@kwanelemadoda.org with “Privacy request” in the subject line.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses essential technical storage required for it to operate. It does not use invasive analytics by default. If analytics are introduced, this notice will reflect the relevant processing.
